Returns policy

Exchanges and returns

Our goal is to have satisfied customers, so if you are not happy with your purchase, you avail of 14 days to send it back. A return can be voluntary, to change a size or because the product is defective.
 
Voluntary return:
A return is voluntary when it is simply a product that you don’t like or it doesn’t suit and you want to return it.

The conditions for returning a product are as follows:

  1. The product must be in the same conditions as when delivered and must maintain, insofar as possible, its original packaging and labeling. Under no circumstances will we accept a product that has been used by the customer or with deteriorated original packaging.
  2. The shipping must use the same box or envelope that we sent to you, or in a similar format that guarantees the return in perfect conditions.
  3. A copy of the delivery note must be included inside the package, indicating the products returned and the reason for return.

Once these conditions have been fulfilled, you must send an email to miniBatt@minibatt.com stating:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Product returned

We will contact you in order to arrange a time with our logistics distributor so that the product to be returned can be collected. Once the product is returned, when it reaches miniBatt Europe, we will verify that it complies with the return conditions detailed above. This process can take up to 7 days maximum and, if everything is correct, we will proceed to refund your credit card or bank account with the amount of the purchase, except for the cost of the logistics operator that collected the product, which is €10.
